If there are any sessions that you know in advance that you will be unable to attend then you do not have to pay for these sessions – up to a maximum of 2 sessions per half term. Please let me know before you make payment and I will adjust the invoice accordingly.

If Diddy Signers sessions are cancelled due to the session leader being unable to hold the session you will receive a full refund for those sessions.

If you are unable to attend your weekly session due to illness, self-isolation etc. then you will be provided with a pre-recorded session.

If sessions are unable to take place in a face-to-face capacity due to government guidelines changing i.e. due to another national lockdown, then they will automatically convert to online Zoom sessions. A partial refund will be issued, the equivalent of the room hire cost for the session you attend. There will be no option for a full refund for these sessions or to transfer them to use in future terms.
